Product Availability:
We are not the designer nor are we the manufacturer of our products that we sell.  We do not have the ability to know whether an item will or will not be in stock when you place your order. Therefore, if you are concerned about the availability of a particular item or items, then we would recommend you either send us an e-mail or call us to check availability before placing your order with us. 
 
Cancellation Process:
Most orders are processed immediately.  Once an order has been processed, we are unable to cancel it.  Please e-mail us at custsvc@sentimentkeepsakes.com to find out the status of the order and we will do our very best to accommodate your request.
 
Return Policy:
Please review our return policy prior to returning any product.  Returning any product means that you understand and accept our return policy.
 
At sentimentkeepsakes.com, it is our responsibility to ensure your satisfaction from the time you place your order until you have the merchandise in hand and are pleased.  If any product does not meet your expectations, simply return it and we will provide you with a refund or exchange.
 
The product must be returned within 30 days of the date of receipt of product for an exchange or a refund; shipping charges are non-refundable. Absolutely no return packages will be accepted after this time period.  For exchanged orders, new shipping charges will apply.  You will be responsible for paying shipping charges on all products returned to us.   Please return all products via UPS or insured Parcel Post. These shipping methods allow for tracking and compensation of lost or damaged packages. We will not assume responsibility for lost or damaged packages sent back to us.
 
The product must be returned in its original packaging and unopened.  No returns will be accepted for products not returned to us in its original packaging as received, unused and undamaged. An exchange or refund will not be given for products that have been used or products that have been damaged as the result of customer misuse or neglect.
 
Damaged Merchandise:
If any items that you have purchased from us arrive damaged, we will gladly replace it for you without charge.
